Request deletion of DCK Auto Posting - Content

  1. Open the new workspace and sign in to your account.
  2. Open Your workspace.
  3. Export your data if you want a copy, then select Request account deletion.
  4. Confirm your request. Keep the request acknowledgement for follow-up.

What your request covers

The request concerns your new Content account and its associated personal data, references, drafts and template records. Shared business workspace data may require verification of your authority and the rights of other members. The operator must explain any information retained for a legal obligation or legitimate dispute and when backup copies expire.

The existing DCK posting service and its historical posts are separate. This request does not silently delete those posts. Clearly identify any legacy account you also want closed so its operator can handle that request separately.

There is no active recurring subscription checkout in this release. If billing is introduced, deletion and subscription cancellation must be explained separately and users must not be charged unexpectedly.

Unable to sign in?

Public support/identity-verification contact has not yet been configured. This is a release blocker for new customer onboarding. Do not send passwords or identity documents through an unverified channel.

  3. Eksport data jika perlu, kemudian pilih Request account deletion.
  4. Sahkan permintaan dan simpan pengakuan penerimaan.

Permintaan meliputi akaun Content baharu serta data peribadi, rujukan, draf dan templat berkaitan. Data ruang kerja yang dikongsi mungkin memerlukan pengesahan kuasa dan hak ahli lain. Sebarang penyimpanan bagi kewajipan undang-undang atau pertikaian yang sah serta tamat tempoh sandaran mesti diterangkan.

Siaran lama DCK berada dalam perkhidmatan berasingan dan tidak dipadam secara senyap. Nyatakan akaun lama secara berasingan jika mahu menutupnya. Tiada bil langganan berulang aktif dalam versi ini. Saluran bantuan awam bagi pengguna yang tidak boleh log masuk belum ditetapkan. Ia mesti tersedia sebelum pelanggan baharu diterima.
